If you have been getting repeat blockages on a monthly basis then there is most likely something wrong with your drains. This can be pinpointed by a camera and recommended solutions can be given and quoted for.

Camera surveys of house purchases are highly recommended as problematic drains can cost thousands to repair and this should come off of the purchase price before completion.
See the NADC video on why it is wise to obtain a drain survey when buying a house.
Larger commercial premises use camera surveys to help create drainage drawings which help with their ISO 14001 accreditation efforts and to help be prepared for future blockages in an emergency situation.
Alpha Rod Drain Survey Service
Our drain survey will investigate all of the accessible drains using our CCTV camera's. If needed all our cameras can be traced above ground to identify the location of any issue found. We will record all the footage and put this on a DVD. We will create a report with a drainage plan (not to scale) which highlights any issues in the drains with stills from the DVD footage. We use Wincan drain software for our reports and Pearpoint camera's to ensure the picture quality is as good as there is on the market. There will also be a summary which lists any problems with solutions and respective fixed price costs for repair.
We use the most up to date camera equipment to ensure you obtain the best quality colour pictures for your report and DVD. We currently use a pearpoint system with an SD memory card storage device. We convert the movie file to DVD and also take stills from the movie file to create a Wincan report which highlights any potential drain issues such as cracks/fractures, joint displacements or root ingress.
We always accompany the camera survey report with a summary highlighting the key areas in the pipe which require further attention. All problems will have associated repair solutions that are chosen based on cost efficiency and practicality depending on your specific situation.
We never recommend solutions to issues that are not an immediate problem. In this way we do not scare our customers into repairing drains that will last for many more years.
