Alpha Rod provide drain excavation and drain replacement services.
New Gully installation
The customer had a blockage in her kitchen sink. The 40mm pipework travelled under the concrete screed layer in the kitchen from one end of the kitchen to the other where the old sink had been installed. The 40mm pipework was running very flat and this was causing blockages more often that would be expected.
Advanced drain non dig technology isn't always suitable for every drain structural problem. Sometimes the only solution is to dig to repair or divert the pipe.
We make sure the work happens with the minimum of mess and disruption
With all drain excavations we ensure that we create the minimum mess and noise necessary to get the job done in the quickest and most cost effective way. We always make good any surface we dig in and ensure we leave your property clean and tidy at the end of the work. We are proud of our reputation of looking after your property and our customers are always happy to see their turf reinstated, tarmac repaired and concrete back in place after our excavation has finished.
Emergency Drain Repair
Sometimes a collapsed pipe means there are no working facilities in a property. If this is the case we will treat your emergency with the upmost importance and rearrange other work commitments to ensure your emergency is dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible. In circumstances where the repair would be covered by your insurance company we take photographic and video evidence for a retrospective insurance claim after the immediate emergency work is performed.
We installed a new gully outside the kitchen and 4” pipe from the gully to the nearest foul manhole. This prevented the long flat run on the 40mm pipework.
Nothing too big or small
We have been installing anything from new gullies and spot repairs to single householders to larger drain repair work at manufacturing companies, motorway service stations, and utility companies.
